I have about 18000 KM on my bike now. The front pads are about ahlf worn out. My riding is mostly at slow speed in the city or out on the open highway.
If you were doing a lot of riding on curvy hilly roads you'd be using your front brakes more than me and would notice a lot more wear.
In comparison to a car, brake pads are cheaper and a lot easier to replace.
11000 KM for the rear tire is a bit lot, but then maybe you are doing a lot of highway riding; high speed wears the tire out quicker. Also, you are checking the tire pressure regularly, right? Running tires with low pressure will wear them out quicker.
